I’m new to coin collecting – I started with the State Quarters and National Park Quarters and find it very relaxing to go through loose chain looking for coins I need, so I’ve expanded my collection to “normal” coins.There seem to be three main brands for coin collection folders: Warman’s, Whitman, and H.E. Harris. I have experience with H.E. Harris and this is my first Warman’s. Compared to H.E. Harris, this Warman’s folder is slightly larger, made of thicker cardboard, and seems to be very high quality. Unlike the other brands, there is no concern of accidentally pushing a coin through and ripping the cover because you are pushing the coin in to solid cardboard. So far I haven’t had problems getting coins in, but sometimes it is a tight fit.I definitely recommend this collection folder – it is a lovely high quality folder at a great price.

I got this book to add to my collection of coin albums. I like the look of the Warman albums and wanted to have them all match. I have bought pretty much all of the other coin albums by Warman's and love them. This particular album however, has holes that are too small for the coins. So getting them in is a bit of a challenge. It requires some elbow grease and sometimes a blunt instrument (just kidding about the blunt instrument. Not good for the coins). I had to scrape the holes for some of them which made the book look ugly so I just had to put a piece of cloth over the coin and press as hard as I can until it snapped in. Anyway finally filled it, and moved on to the next album.

This item is exactly what it looks like. It has sturdy construction which will hold up to it sitting around anywhere in the house and it looks nice as well. The only issue I found with this was that the measurements for the size of the coins is slightly off and so I had to start taking the blunt end of a hammer or screwdriver to pound each dime into it's correct place. The other folders did no thave this problem so I would assume this is because of the smaller state of the dime.I will happily continue purchasing Warman's products because of how nice it looks, the extra amount of information and history it gives about each type of coin and how it is easy to start or add to your collection.

These books are exactly what I expected. I like that they are a nice compact way to store my coins. I don't see any problems with durability. I also like the little bits of history included.

While I was already predisposed to love Dane's character, he proved to be worth it. His intended, Grier de Lara, was the perfect counterpart for Dane. Naive, angry at her deceased father for dumping her into a convent as a six year old where she was terribly abused and literally starved, she eventually becomes resigned to her fate once she meets the warm, sensitive man her father betrothed her too. They were adorable together, even with the inevitable misunderstanding.I was anticipating Dane's book, having LOVED and read several times "The Dark Knight: The Dark One." Ms. Le Veque certainly did his story justice.Now I have three books to re-read for the entire family saga starting with one of my all time favorite books "The Dark Knight: The Dark One," followed by Trenton de Russe's book (Dane's adoptive brother) which is "Dark Moon: The Dark Sons Series Book 1," and "Dark Steel: A Dark Sons Novel." YAY!!!

Dane a very serious, thoughtful, analytical Knight whose primary problem was that he tended to be a very trusting soul. However, after he was told that his betrothal to the heiress of Shrewsbury had been decided by their fathers, without any clue that they were to marry and become the new Duke and Duchess of Shrewsbury so their could carry on the de Lara legacy. Neither Dane nor Grier, the de Lara heiress, expected or desired this surprise marriage. Grier had been living in a nunnery since the age of six after her mother’s death and was therefore extremely sheltered and naive to the ways of the world. Her past physical and emotional abuse at the nunnery was very unexpected and a surprise that greatly affected her outlook on life and her responses to Dane and their bidding relationship. Even with the age disparity, they both had a lot to learn about married life and trusting the stranger they found themselves married to. Grier being naive about the ways of the world came to realize that even though in her mind, she was attempting to help or protect her husband, discovered it wasn’t a good idea to try to try to take things on by herself in her efforts to protect him. He on the other hand, being a person use to trusting those around him had to learn to understand and trust the very sheltered, naive girl he’d married. Once you include Kathryn Le Veque’s amazing ability to develop complex, memorable characters by incorporating their emotions and personality characteristics into the character. you never know how your emotional connection will affect your reactions, and have your laughing or crying by the next page. It’s so easy to get attached to her characters as you watch them handle various experiences throughout their lives. can’t help but laugh when they laugh and cry when they become broken hearted. This is a real page turner that keeps you on the edge of your chair until the very last page. I highly recommend this book to Kathryn Le Veque fans and any other readers who may not be familiar with her astonishing repertoire of wonderful and exciting books.

Sir Dane de Russe has always been indebted to old Garreth de Lara Duke of Shrewsbury and would always be there as his staunchest supporter. Garreth acted like a second father to Dane. He treated Dane like family and loved him like a son but at the battle of Erwood Castle in the Welsh Marches; Dane watched in horror as Garreth mortally wounded slowly dies in Dane arms bequeathing his dukedom to Dane but also pledging his only daughter and heiress of Shrewsbury, Lady Grier de Lara, to Dane. Dane is happy but quite shocked that in order to become the duke he must marry Grier. Grier is an oblate, and is happy living at St. Idloes she thinks that her life is there and she would eventually become a nun until a knight comes to take her away, to her betrothed and now husband Dane. Grier is at first resistive to Dane but as she gets to know him she can’t help but be intrigued by him. Dane is also captivated with Grier. As Dane and Grier learn about each other forging stronger feelings for each other Grier does something that could put their marriage, love and everything they hold dear could be destroyed.Ms. Kathryn Le Veque has done it again written such a good deeply entrenching story that held me spellbound and wouldn’t let up until the very last page. Ms. Veque not only knows how to weave a wonderful captivating story with fully three dimensional characters that I couldn’t help but feel along with them but also truly love them too. In first meeting impulsive bold handsome Dane I also was apprehensive to like him but as I read more of the book I couldn’t help but totally fall for him. Yes he had his bad points and does jump to conclusions a lot but still he was such a great guy that I have inducted him into my ever growing list of book boyfriends. Charming young naïve innocent Grier really grew up as the book progressed. She at first struck me as weak willed and insecure but no she really isn’t. There is a lot more to her than meets the eye and she is really has a lot of gumption. Can I recommend the book that is a big definite yes and I can’t wait for Ms. Le Veque’s next book!

This is a wonderful song book with old standards and jazz favorites. Unlike other 'easy' books this has a good bass clef on all songs, your left hand will be busy. Not really easy but more early intermediate. Also great book for improvisations. 5 stars!

Not super easy, bit adequate. Thisnis especially good if you can add a guitar player since the chords are clearly marked. You can even use it as strictly a guitar/vocal book.

This book has all the classics plus pop. I must have for people going back to the piano. medium easy with nice arrangements

Just received the book today. I've only fooled around with four or five songs but I am loving the arrangements. Nice, open jazzy chords. Similar to how I would play them from a leadsheet. Highly recommended if you like this kind of music.

Perfect for a return to the piano after many years away.

This is the most adorable book! I've purchased it for several children in my family, and they all love it. The story is unique and imaginative, and will appeal to not just dinosaur fans but to any child who pretends the impossible can come true. As a parent, it is also fun to read aloud and did not get old even after weeks of nightly reading. Definitely one of our new favorites.

Every child finds going on errands gets a bit tedious, especially if there are several stops. Now what if each of those stops resulted in the child receiving a dinosaur? Mom might be encouraged to go a bit faster and the child would want to stop at more places.When Dinosaurs Came with Everything (Junior Library Guild Selection) will stimulate your child's imagination. What fun it would be if this really happened. I remember someone saying that their child was heartbroken when he found out dinosaurs were extinct. This book might not help in that situation! My grandson is fascinated with dinosaurs which is why I chose this one for him. It is a fun book for the adult reading it as well, even if they might stumble over some of the names of the dinosaurs!

We now own three copies of this book. We bought this for our son for his fourth birthday. On the same day, he received it from his great Aunt, based on the recommendation of an independent book seller in North Carolina. He then received another copy from his Grandfather in New York. It is a delightful book, which must be why booksellers keep recommending it to relatives. The illustrations are fun and the text keeps my little guy engaged. The story is a wonderful fantasy for him and we both love how the Mom creatively solves the "problem" of having dinos at home. We have now given one of our extra copies as a gift and will donate the other to my son's pre-school. My 7 year old daughter loves reading this book to her little brother, so I'd recommend it for both boys and girls in various age groups. Whoever you're buying for, buy this book! It's a great one to add to your collection.

I got this book from the library twice and we would read it every day, so I bought the book. The story begins with a typical day for a boy and his mother but becomes anything but typical. The story is unique, the characters in the story 'true to life', and the book illustrates that a family can adapt to unusual circumstances. Well illustrated... the pictures hold the interest of my 2 year-old grandson, although I am not sure he understands the story. Fun story for kids and adults. Be prepared to name the dinosaurs!

Cute book! My 2 year old originally borrowed it from the library, and my husband enjoyed reading it and my son enjoyed hearing it so much that we bought a copy!

Cute story, easy to read for kids, and easy on the voice (unlike Amelia Bedelia, which is murder on the throat).This is a favorite of our daughter's.

This is one of the most delightful books I've ever read to children. I read to a preschool every week and this is one book they all just adored. What kid doesn't want to have a pet dinosaur??? This is such a charming concept and the illustrations are really delightful! I most highly recommend it!

Dr Wallach was born and raised in Missouri , attended the University of Missouri, where he received a Bachelor's degree in Science of Agriculture. Dr. Wallach 's research has resulted in the publication of more than 70 peer review and refereed journal articles in the fields of nutrition and pharmaceutical research, and he has made major contributions to eight multi-authored text and reference books on these subjects. Dr.Ma Lan was educated in the Peoples Republic of China. Dr. Ma Lan received her M.D. from Beijing Medical University, took her residency in Peoples Hospital, Beijing and was a staff surgeon at the Canton Air Force Hospitals for eight years; she received her M.S. (Master of Science) in transplant immunology from Zhong-Shan Medical University, Canton, Peoples Republic of China. As with all Chinese doctors, Dr. Ma Lan is also trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Dr. Schrauzer is Professor Emeritus (UCSD), researcher, inventor, and author. He is the Director of the San Diego-based Biological Trace Element Research Institute. Gerhard N. Schrauzer studied chemistry at the University of Munich, where he received Ph.D. degree with summa cum laude in 1956 and became a member of its Science Faculty in 1963. He came to the United States in 1964 and in 1966 accepted a position as Full Professor at the University of California, San Diego.

If I could only own one book, it would have to be Epigenetics by Dr Joel Wallach DVM ND, his wife Dr. Ma Lan MD OMD and the Biomedical Nutritionist Dr. Gerhard Schrauzer PhD (who unfortunately passed away 5 months after Epigenetics was published in 2014...) You may ask "Why?" It's simple - the information contained within is worth it's weight in gold. Epigenetics should be read by every medical professional, every pet professional, every parent and most importantly by everyone who owns a human body.Epigenetics shines light in the dark recesses of the Big Pharma deception - that many "chronic illnesses" that we take for granted today are actually a result of common nutritional deficiencies. Since Medical Professionals rarely take a course in basic Nutrition 101 in medical school, how can they be expected to understand even the very basic of "diseases of yesteryear" such as Beriberi, Rickets, Scurvy or Pellagra? (deficiencies of Vitamin B1 - Thiamin, D, C and B3 - Niacin respectively.. though D is mislabeled as a vitamin when it is truly a hormone!) Folate deficiency results in abnormally large red blood cells... could this be contributing to the seeming pandemic of circulatory issues particularly in the micro blood vessels? (Folic Acid is synthetic and takes 4 steps to convert to "real folate" in the body, coupled with the fact that most people have MTHFR genetics further restricting this conversion process means that folic acid is NOT a viable substitute for REAL folate ie 5-MTHF... Challenge of the day - see if your medical professional is familiar with this basic accepted fact.) Even the word "Vitamin" was unknown prior to 1911, how have we come so far and then gone full circle forgetting these basic building blocks of nutrition in just a short 100 years of human existence?!I've personally read the research of a number of scientists and medical doctors who related arteriosclerosis as "scurvy of the heart" and congestive heart failure to B1 - thiamine deficiency (there's that Beriberi again!). In Epigenetics, Wallach relates performing an autopsy on a Rhesus monkey noting the pancreatic changes were typical of cystic fibrosis in humans - yet CF is supposedly a genetic defect ONLY FOUND IN HUMANS. There's even research linking MS to lead toxicity which can somewhat be alleviated by iron... There's so much research needing to be done with basic nutrition and connecting the dots to information already known (before it's forgotten), so why are most of the research dollars going to fund pharmaceutical research which are only designed to MANAGE the disease state instead of real nutrition designed to CURE the disease state?!? (Heck, even Dr. Thomas Scholbach in Germany has finally connected the dots showing that not only are May Thurner Syndrome, Nutcracker Syndrome, Pelvic Congestion Syndrome, CGCS / MALS and even the upper body Thoracic Outlet Syndrome are not only all commonly interrelated, he links them all to lumbar hyperlordosis and lumbar spinal injuries AND explains why EACH and ALL of these maladies are predominantly diagnosed in WOMEN 85% or so of the time. Not only that, but Dr. Scholbach FURTHER explains the WHY behind this predominance in women as a simple physics problem of the development of the female human pelvis during adolescence. However, all the research funds are again going to new surgical techniques and new medications, not into the basic foundation of WHY is this happening and what can be done to PREVENT this from developing in adolescent girls in the first place! Again corporate greed rules!)Another problem that stymies medical research - human pathology is related in terms of names of those who diagnosed or discovered specific traits. Animal pathology is related in descriptive names of changes in the organs and tissues, it's like decoding 2 different languages. Dr. Wallach understands both sides of the coin due to his unique educational background and professional experience both as a veterinarian as well as a human doctor. Dr. Ma Lan helps to decode the language of western medicine to the wisdom of ancient eastern understanding. Mix in the in vast knowledge of nutrition with Dr. Schrauzer and you have a winning combination for unlocking the truth behind these so-called incurable chronic illnesses.Did you know that each year all the dolphins were dying of congestive heart failure at Shedd's Aquarium in Chicago? Upon Wallach's intervention, once the dolphin's food was changed to correct the thiamin deficiency (beriberi), this problem completely abated.Did you know that in the 1950s the domestic turkey population suddenly were dying from aortic aneurysms after the industry had altered the turkey feed? Upon Wallach's discovery of the copper deficiency which has now been restored to turkey feed, it's very rare for turkey farmers to loose turkeys due to aortic aneurysms.Wallach found another zoo was unsuccessfully trying to breed arctic foxes, the few surviving pups from the small litters kept dying from a constantly changing variety of problems. Again, once the food supply was corrected (Wallach took the "genetically defective foxes" and put them on a toy breed dog food) within 2 years of his breeding attempts he had so many arctic foxes the zoo had to make a special display just for all the foxes. AND they begged Wallach not to do the same with their Elephants ;-)Indigenous cultures such as Native Americans use the word for "food" and "medicine" interchangeably. Let thy medicine be thy food.Do yourself a favor. Pick up a copy of Epigenetics. Keep it with you to read when you run errands especially where you may be waiting 5 or 10 or 15 minutes (I DARE you to read Epigenetics while waiting at your next doctor appointment! I'll even DOUBLE DARE YOU to buy an extra copy to give to your doctor or medical professional!) Plan to read Epigenetics in small tidbits. Not more than 3 or 4 pages at a time. I suspect you'll be fascinated and want to continue reading at greater length, however there's so much information packed into each bite-sized portion that it will take some time to digest fully before moving to the next course of the meal.Bon Appetit ! ;-)

In 2011 I was told around 18 times by medical professionals that, without their treatment, I would fairly shortly die a slow and painful death from throat cancer (non smoker). After their slash, burn and poison treatment I was fairly well convinced that they were right. On recovery I explored the Internet seeking to improve my 50% five year batting average. In mid 2014 I listened to Dr Joel Wallach ND, talk on nutrition, since then I have read most of his books, followed his advice as much as I can and I have to say that I remain really impressed. I no longer worry about dying from the cancer returning because Dr Wallach has explained to me in his books and talks the science of health, nutrition and longevity, and given me access to the raw materials that are essential for my body.Unfortunately I still lose far to many friends and family to preventable chronic diseases in part because I can't get them to read his books or follow my Facebook group Warrior Immune System that I set up to help present his work. I loved the book.

This book is hardly about epigenetics, but then how can you expect a book on epigenetics when the author doesn't even know what epigenetics is? Wallach states in the book, "The story of epigenetics is the story of nutrition and nutritional deficiency at the enzyme, chromosomal, and gene level, and how they affect the duplication and transmission of DNA." Really? Don't get me wrong; nutrition is extremely important and of course will affect gene expression, but to call epigenetics simply "the story of nutrition and nutritional deficiency" ignores the broader and more important implications of epigenetics.In line with being off the topic of epigenetics, the first 25% of the book is a protracted history of medicine throughout time, followed by a thrashing of modern medical practice. I don't necessarily disagree with Wallach's criticisms, but then once again, it has nothing to do with epigenetics. He goes on to talk a lot about nutritional deficiencies, such as pellagra and beriberi. He also gives a very strange example of how genetically similar ducks fed differently experienced different growth. Again, basic nutrition, not epigenetics. Wallach draws a strange conclusion also in this regard. He says, "A human parallel to the duck experiment is the Japanese immigrants, who originally came to the United States as small wiry people about four foot eleven inches tall and weighing 100 pounds soaking wet. Their genetic potential for growth and development was never achieved by eating the low calorie, low nutrient Japanese rice, vegetable and fish diet of their native Japan. The second generation Japanese, conceived and born in the United States, were a different story. The number-one son over the next generation was six feet four inches tall, weighed 240 pounds and played tight end for the USC football team. Their genetic background was the same, however, their potential for height and physical development was more completely fulfilled by having access to unlimited calories, meat, protein, milk, eggs, vegetables, and vitamin and mineral supplements." Also, if you want to put this in the context of affecting genes, it might be worth noting that these second generation Japanese with "access to unlimited calories, meat, protein, milk, eggs, vegetables, and vitamin and mineral supplements" also started having cancer, heart disease, and diabetes rates considerably higher than in their native Japan, and more in line with Americans.A huge portion of this book is also very much autobiographical information (strangely written in the 3rd person) dealing with Wallach's educational and professional career. I will admit some of it is interesting with regards to the obstacles he faced when going up against traditional medical and scientific ideas. But again, not about epigenetics, very little of which is covered in this book.When it comes to causes and cures of disease, Wallach seems to be prisoner to Maslow's "if all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail" syndrome, as he sees everything as a mineral deficiency. I have been an advocate of good health for many years. And regularly consumer products that are provided through Dr. Wallach's website. However, this book was far less than I expected. The first several chapters of the book are poorly organized and seem to have no correlation to the the books title. However, if one can persevere to the mid point of the book it becomes much more enjoyable and practical.
